CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, plastic items, litter sand cannot be returned.
  • If you have received a damaged product on delivery, you can raise refund the dispute within 2 days of delivery. Please raise a ticket attaching images of the waybill, returned product along with unpacking video. 

    Video guidelines (To be strictly followed for correct refund resolution):

    1. All the sides of the package should be clearly visible in the video
    2. Label must be visible in the video showing the AWB Number and Order ID.
    3. The packaging has to be opened and the product clearly shown in the video.
    4. The video has to be recorded in one stretch without editing or pause.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted for refund

Shipping policy

  • Order received were shipped within 48hours.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive a confirmation email or whatsapp with order details

  • Order Can be cancelled before the time of delivery and cannot be cancelled after delivery of the good.
  • For cancellation order, refund will be issued to your respective method of payment within 7 business days
  • We will share with you the tracking details once the order is confirmed.
  • Usually, we delivery between 2 to 14 working days in India. Almost we cover All India delivery with cash on delivery also acceptable.
  • We will work with you to deliver contact less delivery.
  • For Prepaid orders which are cancelled or refused to be collected by the customers, we will deduct the return shipping charges incurred for the same and refund the balance credit to your payment source.

  • For COD order rejected at the door step or cancelled after shipping will block you from putting order on COD again. (It will impact your order history to avoid placing orders on another marketplace like amazon, flipkart)

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Buyer can initiate the Refund within two days if the product is received in damaged condition. Consumables, Plastic items cannot be refunded.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

For some cases, we can't initiate a return shipping in such time, you should responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
